<p>We&#8217;d like to thank Baron in Denver for wishing us well after our earthquake last week</p>
<p>Our tvs and dvds are spinning like crazy this week. Brad and Christina have watched <a href="http://iamlegend.co.ua/" target="_blank">I Am Legend</a> , and the trio talk about what they loved, and what they wish they saw. The couple have seen the season finale of <a href="http://www.bbcamerica.com/content/262/index.jsp" target="_blank">Torchwood</a>, and they&#8217;re not happy bunnies. The only redemption is that the following day, they watched the season opener of <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/" target="_blank">Doctor Who</a>. Glenn and Carly have watched <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0489018/" target="_blank">Day of the Dead</a>, hated it, and Christina was impressed with <a href="http://www.ncannon.com/" target="_blank">Nick Cannon</a>. They&#8217;re divided on whether or not <a href="http://www.cloverfieldmovie.com/" target="_blank">Cloverfield</a> is going to translate well to our home televisions. Christina and Brad have seen the third installment of <a href="http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/pirates/atworldsend/" target="_blank">Pirates of the Caribbean</a>, and deem it quite possibly the longest movie ever. Christina has a geekgasm about <a href="http://www.sweeneytoddmovie.com/" target="_self">Sweeney Todd</a>. Glenn&#8217;s caught up with <a href="http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/index?pn=index" target="_blank">Lost</a>, and nearly up to date on <a href="http://www.kryptonsite.com/" target="_blank">Smallville</a>. We&#8217;re trying to sell him on <a href="http://www.cwtv.com/shows/supernatural" target="_blank">Supernatural</a>, <a href="http://www.nbc.com/Heroes" target="_blank">Heroes</a> &amp; <a href="http://www.cbs.com/primetime/jericho/" target="_blank">Jericho</a>.</p>
<p>Geek Cuisine this week is <a href="http://www.mms.com/us/about/products/wildlycherry/" target="_blank">Wild Cherry M &amp; Ms</a></p>
<p>The boys bask in the light of the Iron Man toys, and Brad&#8217;s got his hard copy of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Infected-Novel-Scott-Sigler/dp/0307406105/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1209946321&amp;sr=8-2" target="_blank">Infected by Scott Sigler</a>. He&#8217;s got the XBox 360 version of <a href="http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/l/lostviadomus/" target="_blank">Lost</a>, They&#8217;ve got <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Live-Free-Die-Hard-Blu-ray/dp/B000VNMMQ6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=dvd&amp;qid=1209946434&amp;sr=1-1" target="_blank">Live Free or Die Hard</a>, and <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Pirates-Caribbean-Worlds-End-Blu-ray/dp/B000U7UWVA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&amp;s=dvd&amp;qid=1209946508&amp;sr=1-3" target="_blank">Pirates of the Caribbean 3</a> on Blu-Ray. Blu-ray, you ask? Yep, Brad&#8217;s finally got the holy grail <a href="http://www.us.playstation.com/" target="_blank">Playstation 3</a>. He&#8217;s got <a href="http://www.sega.com/gamesite/vf5/phase2/" target="_blank">Virtua Fighter 5</a> (after trying and hating <a href="http://www.namcobandaigames.com/games/ridgeracer7/" target="_blank">Ridge Racer 7</a>), and <a href="http://www.sega.com/gamesite/fullauto2/index.html" target="_blank">Full Auto 2: Battle Lines</a>. To go with it, he&#8217;s got the <a href="http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/About/Controller" target="_blank">Dual Shock 3</a> controller. Not to be left out, Glenn&#8217;s got a shiny new phone! The <a href="http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/cell-phone-details/?device=AT%26T+Tilt(TM)&amp;q_sku=sku1060009" target="_blank">AT&amp;T Tilt</a> has now taken up residence in his pocket.</p>
<p><a href="http://obscure80s.podomatic.com/" target="_blank">The Obscure 80&#8217;s Podcast</a> and the <a href="http://www.cancer.org/docroot/home/index.asp" target="_blank">American Cancer Society</a> entreat you to donate and join the fight against cancer.</p>

The couple have seen the season finale of Torchwood, and they're not happy bunnies. The only redemption is that the following day, they watched the season opener of Doctor Who. Glenn and Carly have watched Day of the Dead, hated it, and Christina was impressed with Nick Cannon. They're divided on whether or not Cloverfield is going to translate well to our home televisions. Christina and Brad have seen the third installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, and deem it quite possibly the longest movie ever. Christina has a geekgasm about Sweeney Todd. Glenn's caught up with Lost, and nearly up to date on Smallville. We're trying to sell him on Supernatural, Heroes #38; Jericho.

Geek Cuisine this week is Wild Cherry M #38; Ms

The boys bask in the light of the Iron Man toys, and Brad's got his hard copy of Infected by Scott Sigler. He's got the XBox 360 version of Lost, They've got Live Free or Die Hard, and Pirates of the Caribbean 3 on Blu-Ray. Blu-ray, you ask? Yep, Brad's finally got the holy grail Playstation 3. He's got Virtua Fighter 5 (after trying and hating Ridge Racer 7), and Full Auto 2: Battle Lines. To go with it, he's got the Dual Shock 3 controller. Not to be left out, Glenn's got a shiny new phone! The AT#38;T Tilt has now taken up residence in his pocket.

The Obscure 80's Podcast and the American Cancer Society entreat you to donate and join the fight against cancer.

Thanks to J.T.'s Indie Podcast for his promo!

We conclude this week with Glenn is doing "research" at Horror Hound Weekend next week, and will be enjoying the new WoW patch. The trio discuss what the best parts of the past 99 episode have been. Brad is looking for someone to take care of our MySpace page.

We'd like to thank everyone (again) who voted for us in the Podcast Peer Awards, and thank you even more to those who have listened to us for 99 episode, and we look forward to many, many more.

Promos come courtesy ofnbsp; J.C. Hutchinsnbsp; and his "Ultra Creative Interviews" series, Mike's Hot Dish, and our own near and dear The GeekSpin!

<p>There can be only one guilty pleasure this week as Glenn brings us <a href="http://www.highlander-thesource.com/" target="_blank">Highlander: The Source.</a> Not only is Christina happy to see <a href="http://www.adrianpaul.net/" target="_blank">Adrian Paul</a>, but to hear the <a href="http://www.queenonline.com/" target="_blank">Queen</a> songs again.</p>
<p>Got candy? This week&#8217;s geek cuisine is Raspberry <a href="http://www.3musketeers.com/products.shtml" target="_blank">Three Musketeers</a>.</p>
<p>Gamer geeks at heart, we&#8217;re playing and clicking and strumming this week. Glenn&#8217;s excited about the new <a href="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com" target="_blank">WoW</a> patch, playing <a href="http://rainbowsixgame.us.ubi.com/vegas/agegate.php?destURL=/vegas/index.php" target="_blank">Rainbow Six Vegas</a>,<a href="http://www.callofduty.com/" target="_blank">Call of Duty 4</a>, <a href="http://www.ghostrecon.net/" target="_blank">Ghost Recon 2</a>, and has pre-ordered <a href="http://rainbowsixgame.us.ubi.com/noflash.php" target="_blank">Rainbow Six 2</a>. Brad bought<a href="http://www.rockband.com/" target="_blank"> Rock Band</a>, Christina&#8217;s an addict, and now they&#8217;ve got <a href="http://www.guitarherogame.com/gh3/" target="_blank">Guitar Hero 2 and 3</a>. Brad&#8217;s picked up <a href="http://www.bulletwitch.com/" target="_blank">Bullet Witch</a> and <a href="http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/b/bombermanactzero/" target="_blank">Bomberman:Act Zero</a>. Brad&#8217;s got his newest holy grail, his <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-DS-Lite-Cobalt-Black/dp/B001290A3U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=videogames&amp;qid=1204405580&amp;sr=1-1" target="_blank">Nintendo DS</a>. The two are jealous of Glenn, now that he&#8217;s got <a href="http://lostgame.us.ubi.com/" target="_blank">Lost: Via Domus</a>. <p>&#8220;They have chosen&#8230;.poorly&#8221;. Brad and Christina backed the HD camp, so with their HD dvd drive for the XBox 360, they&#8217;re collecting the remains of the Blu-Ray massacre. <itunes:summary>Stand back! It's time for the 96th episode of PodCulture!

Before we begin, if you're a podcaster, we'd love it if you'd head over to the Podcast Peer Awards and register to vote for PodCulture in the "Eclectic" category.

There can be only one guilty pleasure this week as Glenn brings us Highlander: The Source. Not only is Christina happy to see Adrian Paul, but to hear the Queen songs again.

Got candy? This week's geek cuisine is Raspberry Three Musketeers.

Gamer geeks at heart, we're playing and clicking and strumming this week. Glenn's excited about the new WoW patch, playing Rainbow Six Vegas,Call of Duty 4, Ghost Recon 2, and has pre-ordered Rainbow Six 2. Brad bought Rock Band, Christina's an addict, and now they've got Guitar Hero 2 and 3. Brad's picked up Bullet Witch and Bomberman:Act Zero. Brad's got his newest holy grail, his Nintendo DS. He's got his DS Browser, Retro Atari, Transformers Autobots, Metroid Prime Pinball, Star Trek:Tactical Assault, Meteos, and Mario Kart DS. The two are jealous of Glenn, now that he's got Lost: Via Domus. Brad defends the Yaris game on XBox 360.

"They have chosen....poorly". Brad and Christina backed the HD camp, so with their HD dvd drive for the XBox 360, they're collecting the remains of the Blu-Ray massacre. They had an interesting experience picking up some titles, but have come back with Constantine, Face-Off, V for Vendetta, Apollo 13 and Beowulf. Brad's picked up Breakfast Club and Smallville season 6 on dvd. Titles that came with his players include King Kong, Bourne Identity and 300. His favorite HD prize is Star Trek: Season 1. The boys talk about backwards compatibility on the PS 3, and HD versus Blu-Ray.

Promos come cordially from the Strangely Literal Podcast, and The Zombie Channel. A plane-full of thanks to Barenaked Hurley for his song "Don't Have Island Love".

The Culture Crew recorded early this week because <a target="_blank" href="http://www.nascar.com/">Nascar</a> had it&#8217;s opening race!</p>
<p>Brad and Christina have happily upped their cable package and Glenn&#8217;s been playing <a target="_blank" href="http://www.rgtr.com/index.html">Tabula Rasa</a>, and has finally gotten his Staff of Infinite Mystery from <a target="_blank" href="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/index.xml">WoW</a>. Brad and Christina talk about the differences between Nascar and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.norwalkraceway.com/">drag racing</a>, and the gang discusses the new <a target="_blank" href="http://speedracerthemovie.warnerbros.com/">Speed Racer</a>. Glenn gives a shout out to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.davidmack.net/">David Mack</a>, announcing his new childrens book <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Shy-Creatures-David-Mack/dp/0312367945/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1203472688&amp;sr=8-1">&#8220;The Shy Creatures&#8221;</a>.</p>
<p>In our dvd players this week, Brad and Christina have been watching <a target="_blank" href="http://www.bbcamerica.com/content/262/">Torchwood</a>. They debate Freema Ageyman versus <a target="_blank" href="http://www.billie-piper.net/">Billie Piper</a>. They&#8217;ve watched <a target="_blank" href="http://www.scifi.com/flashgordon/">Flash Gordon</a>, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.scifi.com/atlantis/">Stargate Atlantis</a>, and talk about <a target="_blank" href="http://www.amazon.com/Stargate-Ark-Truth-Ben-Browder/dp/B0010YSD7M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=dvd&amp;qid=1204067231&amp;sr=1-1">Stargate: Ark of Truth</a>. They rejoice the end of the writers&#8217; strike, Glenn&#8217;s watching <a target="_blank" href="http://www.cbs.com/primetime/jericho/">Jericho</a>, and is finishing up the second season of <a target="_blank" href="http://http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/ugv/index?pn=home">Lost</a>. Glenn&#8217;s bought <a target="_blank" href="http://thebraveone.warnerbros.com/">The Brave One</a>, and following the Naveen Andrews theme, they argue whether or not <a target="_blank" href="http://http://www.amazon.com/English-Patient-Miramax-Collectors/dp/B0001WTWCO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=dvd&amp;qid=1204067111&amp;sr=1-1">English Patient </a>is strictly a &#8220;chick&#8221; movie. <itunes:summary>Geeks, start your engines! The Culture Crew recorded early this week because Nascar had it's opening race!

Brad and Christina have happily upped their cable package and Glenn's been playing Tabula Rasa, and has finally gotten his Staff of Infinite Mystery from WoW. Brad and Christina talk about the differences between Nascar and drag racing, and the gang discusses the new Speed Racer. Glenn gives a shout out to David Mack, announcing his new childrens book "The Shy Creatures".

In our dvd players this week, Brad and Christina have been watching Torchwood. They debate Freema Ageyman versus Billie Piper. They've watched Flash Gordon, Stargate Atlantis, and talk about Stargate: Ark of Truth. They rejoice the end of the writers' strike, Glenn's watching Jericho, and is finishing up the second season of Lost. Glenn's bought The Brave One, and following the Naveen Andrews theme, they argue whether or not English Patient is strictly a "chick" movie. Brad's got Death Proof, and they've picked up the first four seasons of 24 for hellacheap on dvd. Enticing Glenn with his copy, Brad talks him into buying his own copy of Blade:Season 1. Christina's got the Collector's Edition of Dark Crystal, and received Across The Universe from Brad for Valentine's Day. Glenn finally got to watching Blood #38; Chocolate, and looks forward to seeing Jumper at the theater.

Geek Cuisine is as nuts as we are, as we enjoy Nut #38; Butter Crunch Snickers.

Glenn brings us <a href="http://www.bigbadwolfmovie.net/" target="_blank">Big Bad Wolf</a> for this week&#8217;s Guilty Pleasure!</p>
<p>Prezzies in the P.O. Box! Christina receives a treasure trove of magazines from Michael in Pennsylvania. She&#8217;ll be reading her new classic <a href="http://www.drwho-online.co.uk/DWM/DWM.htm" target="_blank">Doctor Who</a> magazines, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topps_Comics" target="_blank">X-Files</a> (she does the happy dance of joy about the movie) comics, Animag, and Starburst magazines. Thank you!! Gratitude abounds to Mark &#8220;Jayhawk&#8221;, for the custom dvd of <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/" target="_blank">&#8220;Voyage of The Damned&#8221;</a>. You guys rock the Tardis!</p>
<p>These couch potatoes have been sliced and fried this week! Brad and Christina have watched the pilot of <a href="http://www.fox.com/terminator/" target="_blank">Sarah Connor Chronicles</a>, but Glenn&#8217;s boycotting Fox. They both love <a href="http://www.scifi.com/flashgordon/" target="_blank">Flash Gordon</a>, but differ on their affection for <a href="http://www.scifi.com/atlantis/" target="_blank">Stargate Atlantis</a>. Jayhawk created a monster, so the couple are hooked on <a href="http://www.itv.com/Drama/cult/Primeval/default.html" target="_blank">Primeval</a>, and welcome the first episode of series two. Nothing tops the season premiere of <a href="http://torchwoodtv.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Torchwood</a> this week. <a href="http://www.jamesmarsters.com/torchwood.shtml" target="_blank">James Marsters</a> plays the slimy, swaggering &#8220;big bad&#8221; we missed so much. Christina has pre-ordered the first series, and has a mini-rant about Amazon and Borders. She&#8217;s hooked on PBS, and mourns not being able to stay up to watch the <a href="http://www.cbs.com/latenight/latelate/" target="_blank">Craig Ferguson</a> show. Prezzies in the P.O. Box! Christina receives a treasure trove of magazines from Michael in Pennsylvania. She'll be reading her new classic Doctor Who magazines, X-Files (she does the happy dance of joy about the movie) comics, Animag, and Starburst magazines. Thank you!! Gratitude abounds to Mark "Jayhawk", for the custom dvd of "Voyage of The Damned". You guys rock the Tardis!

These couch potatoes have been sliced and fried this week! Brad and Christina have watched the pilot of Sarah Connor Chronicles, but Glenn's boycotting Fox. They both love Flash Gordon, but differ on their affection for Stargate Atlantis. Jayhawk created a monster, so the couple are hooked on Primeval, and welcome the first episode of series two. Nothing tops the season premiere of Torchwood this week. James Marsters plays the slimy, swaggering "big bad" we missed so much. Christina has pre-ordered the first series, and has a mini-rant about Amazon and Borders. She's hooked on PBS, and mourns not being able to stay up to watch the Craig Ferguson show. Ashlee's been watching Ghost Hunters International, and misses Jason and Grant. Christina suggests "Ghost Adventures". Glenn's bought Superman Returns on HD, Dragon Wars, War, The Darkman Trilogy, and Skinwalkers. Christina watched the first National Treasure before she sees the sequel. Ashlee's bought Angry Video Game Nerd on dvd, and Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Geek Cuisine this week is Hershey NY Cheesecake Kisses.

In closing, tell us about how you felt about Cloverfield? What movies have you seen? Anything on dvd we should know about?

Promos come graciously from Slice of SciFi, the A.D.D. Cast, and Mike's Hot Dish. Thank so much to musical guest Tom Smith for "Insert Geek Cliche Here"

<p>We wrap up our Christmas booty as Brad talks about the <a href="http://www.naki-world.com/jl.html" target="_blank">Justice League PS2 controller</a> from Christina&#8217;s parents. Christina got him <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/classic/episodeguide/sontaranexperiment/ " target="_blank">The Sontaran Experiment</a> to add to the <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/" target="_blank">Doctor Who</a> shelf.
