Welcome, friends to a special episode of PodCulture. 5 geeks, 4 kinds of root beer and a fantastic song pay tribute to Joe Murphy. (from Farpoint Media’s Kick-Ass Mystic Ninjas and Slice of SciFi) Joe lost his fight with Leiomyosarcoma on April 1, 2007. Joe was an instant friend to anyone who was lucky enough to meet him, and a constant joyful presence in the podcasting world. He is truly missed.
The group tries Nappa Valley root beer and A&W glass-bottled root beer before we sing along with Mason Rocket, by Beatnik Turtle. When we return, we try Maine Root Hand Crafted Root Beer and Clover Valley root beer.

While at Dragon*Con Christina and I got a chance to put the Zoom H4 to even more use and we sat in with a BUNCH of friends and were able to record a special episode of that wacky crazy Farpoint Media show: Wingin’ It 3D. It was a LOT of fun!

Holy cow! Just got the word a short while ago that PodCulture is once again a finalist in the Parsec Awards! This year we are up for not one, but TWO awards!
